After equipping the Impurity rune and restarting the game it no longer properly launches. I'm assuming it's the rune because of the log file, and after removing my save with the impurity rune equipped the game launches as normal.

Here is the log file without any patches enabled.

Since today, when I remove all the files in the savedata folder the game launches as normal.

It's best to launch the game and play without mods or patches, then once you've encountered something strange, try to patch it.
