skipped guest/host marker parsing/calls when disabled:
after analyzing the gpu command buffer GFX was around 70% NOP with average time of 7.3us this patch reduces this to 60% NOP with average time of 5.5us
logging/analyzing was done in CUSA00900 (Bloodborne) in a scene with heavy fps drops
