I was applying patches for bloodborne and testing and trying out new patches to make the game run better when and tried vsync disabled and accidentally checked and unchecked the 846 * 486 and saved and ran the game it was suddenly running on two times the speed even in the menu its running at two times the usual speed I'm not sure if its exactly 2x speed but its definitely sped up. i did enable vsync again but to no avail anyone have any ideas?

The fix if anyone needs it is just disable all your patches load the game and then close it then enable them back on that's what solved mine atleast
