I am using an official build obtained from releases or updated one of those builds using its in-app updater.

Describe the Bug

Something is wrong with it. I downloaded at: https://shadps4.net/downloads/

It appears the download process for "Version 13.0" is completing, reaching 100%, but then failing with the specific error message "Could not save file".

Reproduction Steps

My computer is brand new and powerful. I haven't had a problem with it until now.
