Describe the Bug

ZOMBI runs decently on my laptop. There are minor graphical issues, but the main issue is that the game will always end up crashing with
[Render.Vulkan] <Info> vk_pipeline_cache.cpp:285 GetGraphicsPipeline: Compiling graphics pipeline 0xa277b3a6374ad10a [Debug] <Critical> vk_master_semaphore.cpp:38 operator(): Assertion Failed! Failed to get master semaphore value: ErrorDeviceLost

I'm not sure if it's my laptop or the emulator.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Launch ZOMBI
  2. Play for a few minutes
  3. The game will inexplicably crash at any given moment

@flarglefingler commented on GitHub (Dec 31, 2025):

Image Forgot to update this, but the game works fine without crashing. I've had to dump my game numerous times, but I took a break from trying it, and I just came back and the game no longer crashes, and looks exactly as it did on original hardware.

There's still a strange bug however with these black boxes that show up on odd angles of walls, this bug happens EXACTLY when playing the PC version through CrossOver (Windows version uses DX9, so WineD3D is used), so it might just be a quirk with how this game renders
