Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

As everyone knows Python 2 is no longer supported. I think it makes sense for this project to drop the support for it as well.

Additionally, perhaps 3.5 as well, since it's getting deprecated by flask soon?
Admittedly is also being a bit of a pickle in the CI.
