Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

1.87 released in August so we should try to release 1.88 soon. Master has a lot of fixes including some concurrency ones and I would like to merge #1503 as well. I can run this release if needed.

I agree launching new, and I create a PR for updating files such as ChangeLogs in preparation for new release.
