Details

Previously, when it updated xattr, only the ctime was updated.
However, only on macos13(we are using macos-fuse-t), the atime is also updated.
(https://github.com/macos-fuse-t/fuse-t/issues/87)
Therefore, I have revised the test to make this the normal expected value.
