Details

Even the main repository of s3fs-fuse/s3fs-fuse is depleted of Travis CI's Free plan.
Therefore, we will move to Github Actions as shown in #1488.
In this PR, I only delete the .travis.yml file and change the README.md(for badge).
After merging this PR, I will unhook it to Travis CI.
