Why is ralph giving me a cost in dollars for each loop iteration when I have a claude code subscription?

Is it just estimating how much that would have cost if I didn't have claude code?

Maybe relabel it to say something to the effect of this is what it would have cost but you used Claude code subscription instead?

I stopped it because I thought there was a chance it was making api calls that were costing me money on top and there was no way to tell.

Not sure if it is a good idea, can we maybe dump the cost into a md file?
