Hi !

This is a great app, thanks for your work.

I've made a stable release aur package at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pvetui
This PR update the readme to add this new package.
I've also added the badges to have a quick view of the packages version.

I see that you already maintain the two existing archlinux packages, let me know if you want to maintain this new package too.

Note that the stable and bin packaging can be released with github action, cf: https://github.com/BarbUk/aur-publish-docker-action
