Description

Like the title.

Acceptance Criteria

Toggle Play/Stop Recording button doesn't affect the System Proxy Overridden, it only changes the flag to recording the traffic or not (old logic)
Bring back: Auto start recording traffic at launch in the General Tab in Settings View
Make sure 2 settings are workings:
"Auto start recording traffic at launch" -> Toggle the Recording flag
"Auto override system proxy" -> Override Proxy
