Description

The current default layout is ugly. We should make it better.

Current Behavior

See 3 points from the screenshot
The left panel width doesn't persist to the next launch, it's always reset to the default state ❌

Expected Behavior

Fix 3 points from the screenshots
The left panel width should persist to the next launch
Make sure to test on Real Windows Laptop, which has 14" or 15" size -> Make sure the width doesn't exceed the Screens's width
