Description

This ticket has similar requirements as https://github.com/ProxymanApp/proxyman-windows-linux/issues/207
It doesn't modify the request/response yet, we will implement in the next ticket

Acceptance Criteria

Just port the Breakpoint Service (swift) to Typescript
Make sure BreakpointService works fine with the Breakpoint List View => Able to save the entries to file, sync, load the data, insert, remove, duplicate, ...
