This ticket has similar requirements as https://github.com/ProxymanApp/proxyman-windows-linux/issues/206

Acceptance Criteria

Reuse the Matching Rule View from the Map Local, make it works with Breakpoint Entry
New checkboxes: Request and Response
Only Save the data if the user clicks on Done Button. It's different than Map Local, where it's saved after the editing is ended.

Create Breakpoint from a selected request

Add a new Breakpoint menu item
Auto-fill the URL, and GraphQL (similar to Map Local)
