Feature Description

I would like to see support for Docker Secrets added for Docker Swarm deployments.

Problem / Use Case

I'm wanting to run ProxCenter as a single replica container in Docker Swarm. However, Docker Swarm doesn't support .env files.

Alternatives Considered

For now, I have just placed the secrets directly in the stack's YAML file.
