When I start the emulator it shows only a blue screen:

It seems like shaders are all failing to compile on your system. Something wrong with the driver?

Problem solved. This happens when I run PPSSPP and VirtualBox (a VM software) together. When closing VirtualBox the error is gone. Weird.

That's just bizarre, but it has to be a driver issue.
