After I press START to end my turn black screen appears/ Also music keeps playing
It happens randomly, it dissapears after i load my save and begin mission again, but this is too long.
It alco can freeze if I select someone in the battle.

Upgrade to the latest build, and do not load an old savestate.

This is caused by DLC. If you have obtained a DLC weapon, it will crash like this if you load a savestate. If you upgrade and load a savestate, it will STILL CRASH. You will not be able to use this savestate ever again; it is corrupt, it will crash when used.

New savestates made with new versions of PPSSPP will work fine. So after you upgrade and load a savegame normally, you can use savestates again.
