If resize to 2x or above , render to texture will be oversized as well .

The revert is fix in ppsspp-v0.6-474-ga9fc0c9-windows-x86
But graphic have probrem in the bottom.(the graphic probrem is moving produce)
I hope fix this issue before close

Closing as it's not inverted. The slightly off buffer size is a different issue, for which I will submit a fix soon.
