📄 Description

Updated transtation into Russian language.
Fix style:
2.1. Added dots,
2.2 Added long dashes,
2.3. Deleted double spaces.
Fix or correct some (very few) descriptions on English as well.
Fix typo in folder name.

P.S. Second part (I hope) will be ready on Jan 2025.
