I am having some problems uploading the images manually via upload.php and geturl.php

With both methods I end up with some corrupted images, e.g:

https://i.imgur.com/oQnIcfc.jpeg

It doesn't show any kind of error in the log and I don't think it's a lack of resources

Anyone with the same problem who may have a slight idea what is happening?
