Add hint that face detection starts after indexing is finished.

While this info is present in the GUI, it can only be found as small text after clicking on the "new" tab in the "people" page. I searched far too long whether missing face detection is expected during new indexing runs and found people.md (which lacked that info) long before I found the info in the GUI.
