Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

The effect of deleting page(s) in the document (viewer) is not visible until user forces a complete refresh from browser's refresh button:

Fixed in 3.0.2
