Description
While viewing a document when I set the view width to e.g. 150% with the dropdown at the top right, I do not get a horizontal scroll bar (Firefox 88).

Expected
When a document is wider than the view area, I expect a horizontal scroll bar.

Actual
No scroll bar there.

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Firefox 88
