First of all, thanks for all your tremendous work and effort on this DMS project!

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Actions Menu -> Download as well as the backup command line utility result in a tarball with documents and directories etc included. tar is a not very common compression format for not that tech-savvy users, especially if they work on the Windows-side of life. In some cases, they need to install additional software to untar the tarball.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would suggest to add a zip compression as an option if not as the default setting.
