It would be nice to have a way to rename files in an automation. When I scan some documents and my app names them "Camscanner 2020-10-05 0001.pdf" but it is an invoice from 2020-09-12 the name is confusing and unnecessary. It would be nice to rename it to the name of the invoice and for example a tag like "Companyname"

That way the file gets renamed to "Invoice_Companyname_20200912.pdf"

Would love to see auto renaming. I scan a majority of stuff via my mobile. Renaming each individual file before upload is tedious

Trank a lot for Papermerge. It is a fantastisc peace of software.

The only bit missing for me is this renaming. Is there a date or release I can look forward to having this being implemented?
