When I create a profile I enter the DAV URL https://my.domain.eu:8888/

The error message says no connection established cause the remote machine refused the connection 192.168.100.5:80 (this all translated from german - the IP address is correct). Obviously the plugin tries to connect to port 80 !?

How do i configure the profile to connect to port 8888 ?

Outlook 2007 / Windows 10
OutlookCalDavSynchronizer 4.4.1
eGroupware 23.1, runninig on Ubuntu
