After an initial sync from Outlook 2016 all local contacts are deleted and they cannot be downloaded from the server due to a parse error in ExtractVersion (it seems).
After the ExtractVersion call the uri http://posta.xxx.tld is transformed in http:/posta.xxx.tld and it generates an error.
