'Create events on server in UTC' checked to cater meetings from different time zone.

A meeting that starts at midnight UTC will appear one day later after sync.

A meeting that starts at midnight my local time (Sydney/Australia) will be duplicated, appearing on the right day and also the same time next day after sync.
