I installed the add-in on multiple computers. Two of them are using Outlook 2016 and it sometimes happens that Outlook disables the add-in, because it would take too long to start and slow it down. This seams to be a new "feature", which is kind of annoying.

Could the add-in be changed so that this will not happen anymore?

Could you post the Logfile, so that I can figure out, what exactly takes that long?

You can control the load behaviour of Outlook addins via registry or GPOs, see

2.19.0 should avoid slow startup.
