Hello! I am syncing my work calendar in Outlook to Nextcloud with the hopes of being able to show when I am busy/not busy.

My hope is to remove all details (name and description) from all calendar items in Nextcloud and only show "Busy" if there is an item in the timeslot. The calendar will be mostly shared with non-employees of the company, so they don't need to see what my meetings are about, just that I am busy during that time.

Is this currently possible?

That is a feature i am also interested in.

I am having outlook calendar which is connected to an appointment schedule app, so, people can book an appointment whenever i am not busy in my calendard, but, i am also having private appointments in my google calendar and/or another outlook calendar - but these private appointments should be basically just block a time slot in my public calendar (which is connected to the appointment schedule app) - therefore, it would be good to have an option which ie. syncs my google calendar appointments to my outlook calendar, but does not add any detail, best case also not even the name of the appointment - instead "Busy" or whatever similar should be shown.

Like this it would be possible to just have one calendar, which shows all the busy times and in case there is no information it is no problem to check the source calendar for details.
