I am trying to install CalDavSynchronizer automatically and quietly using msiexec. I know that, by default, when one tries to install the plugin via MSI, it installs for one user only. Is there some sort of a parameter I can supply to msiexec to make it install quietly and for all users?

Did you try ALLUSERS=1?
