Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

IIRC you have to use the same license as openvpn itself

openvpn is an external tool and so I don't see how this project has to be related to this tool.
openvpn was not incorporated into the project.

The project license is just a way of informing everyone that they can use without restrictions.
