📄 Description

Adds --commentWithSha --bun flags to pkg-pr-new publish command.

Commit hash is required because that's what pkg-pr-new uses for the @opentui/core dependency URL. Using anything else (like PR number) causes duplicate @opentui/core in node_modules.
