The docker build fails when it looks for php7-dev. The error is:

ERROR: unable to select packages:
php7-dev (no such package):
required by: world[php7-dev]

Hi,

The Docker bits were a community contribution, and I'm unfamiliar with how it works and never used it myself, so happy to merge a PR for a fix 👌
