http://www.pool.ntp.org/zone/antarctica doesn't make any sense; either remove it from the system or just hide those zones from the lists.

This was done in 3df917352b (without removing the zone from the system).

The DNS servers get thousand of queries per day from AQ IPs, so ... hm.
