Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

I tried adding a server to the beta site and got this error:
Could not decode NTP response from trace server
The ad-hoc NTP check returns the same error, for my server as well as public ones like time.google.com.
