  • upgrade code to current github master, update dependencies (py27) - done 2018-04-26
  • test install using py3 on new server - done 2018-04-30
  • lower {ipv4,ipv6,www,}.nsupdate.info TTL to 600s - done 2018-05-01 16:30 cest
  • wait 1 hour
  • lower {ipv4,ipv6,www,}.nsupdate.info TTL to 60s
  • wait 10 mins
  • stop service on new server (test)
  • switch DNS to point to new server
  • stop service on old server (prod)
  • move database to new server
  • start service on new server (new prod)
