Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

When Django 1.11.1 gets released, we should upgrade our "<1.9" requirement to "<1.12" to jump onto the next long-term support version.
Release date of 1.11 is April 2017, so guess the first bugfix release might be in May or June.
Django 1.8 is also LTS and supported until at least April 2018.

1.11 is out, so first experiments with it could be started.
the upgrade should wait until 1.11.1 though.
