http! https is working (https://ipv4.nsupdate.info/myip)

the provided configurations still use http though -e.g.

# /etc/ddclient.conf

# this will update your ipv4 address to the address
# the web service sees requests coming from:
protocol=dyndns2
use=web, web=http://ipv4.nsupdate.info/myip
