IPFire 2.17 (Core Update 90)

Here are the steps I followed:

Go to Services -> Dynamic DNS
Change the Service to nsupdate.info
Check the Enabled checkbox
Enter your full hostname (ie host.nsupdate.info) as the Host Name
Enter your full hostname (ie host.nsupdate.info) as the User name
Enter your secret key as your password.
Press the Add button

And that's it.
