If you run nsupdate.info software on your own (public) server, you create a compatible service on the internet, which is good because in case one of these services becomes unavailable or overloaded, users can just go to another such service and enjoy same features and UI.

If you run a public service, you want people to know of your service and use your service.
To advertise your service, we could add a "links" page to other services running the software.

As a site admin, you could opt-in to display the "links" page on your site.
While you do display the "links" page on your site, you could also get a link to your site on other sites having opted in to using the "links" page.

What do you think of this idea?
