When I connect as a non-admin-user I see all content of all "Tabs" at the start-screen.
The switching in the admin-view runs without problems but as non-admin there are just the tabs "Zones" "About me" and "Logout" with not having any effect on the view.

Although beeing in Tab "Zones" I see the content of "About me" in the admin-view below the zones
