Hello! I am offering my version of Russian localization to be added to the application. The translation is based on the English localization. Should I send it in a pull request?

What has been translated:

The “en.json” file in the “messages” folder has been fully translated.

What has not been translated:

Standard templates that appear after the first installation of the application (they are in Chinese), as I do not understand where exactly they are stored in the repository.
Standard prompts that appear after the first installation of the application (they are in Chinese), as I do not understand where exactly they are stored in the repository.
Standard tags that appear after the first installation of the application, as I do not understand where exactly they are stored in the repository.
The context menu of the application icon in the Windows system tray (it is in Chinese), as I do not understand where exactly the file responsible for this is stored in the repository.
