我这边测试了几次都是正常的，看一下是不是你的梯子的问题，可能 NoteGen 调用的时候没走代理。

不清楚大家用的什么工具翻墙，我暂时使用的是 Clash Verge，我这边使用的规则模式，打开了系统代理、Tun 模式，我这边同步是没问题的。

这个和提子没有关系。我这边复现（今天第一次安装的，先声明一下，很喜欢本软件）的情况是：
先在Windows11上配置了同步Github，然后到MacOS上配置了同步。
Win11这边的同步都正常，只有MacOS上，除了第一次同步正常以外，每一次同步都弹出红色提示框
