详细描述这个 Bug

如图，拖动图片上传时鼠标拖动至图床界面的图上黑色分割线下方区域时

界面会在两种状态间反复切换
状态1（正常上传图片至图床）：
状态2（异常状态）：
若在界面处于状态2的情况下松开鼠标图片并不会上传至图床而是会被用名为“WebView2”的程序打开

程序在windows任务管理器中显示如下

注：若鼠标在第一张图的黑色分割线上方区域松开或由黑色分割线上方区域移动至下方区域则不会触发该bug

状态2这个情况是卡顿一下就恢复到状态 1，还是一直就保持状态2 的情况？

是一直在状态1和2之间来回切换
