我在同一个对话框里 问了2次问题， 然后在第一次对话中生成了记录， 第二次没有点击生成记录。 然后我再点击整理的时候， 就报错，错误提示和上面的一致。

我经过很多测试都无法复现，但是确实存在部分用户提出转换失败，如果方便请帮忙提供一下复现视频，整理的文本（怀疑AI 结果出现某些字符导致未正确存入数据库导致整理时查不到内容导致失败）。
