详细描述这个 Bug
首先我确保我的代理是生效的，因为我有其他软件也是设置这个代理使用的，我用的vpn客户端是clash，开启了规则模式。其他软件使用是正常的。
但是在NoteGen中，配置代理地址后无法正常调用AI
另外我也确保我的模型配置是正常可用的，因为我开启vpn的全局系统代理之后是可以正常调用的

再补充下，github的调用应该是有应用到的，因为不配置代理是完全无法同步的

开了系统代理是可以的，我上面有说。

那只能开系统代理，都是在这样用，我暂时没有其他办法解决。
