详细描述这个 Bug

安装文件：NoteGen_0.16.2_aarch64.dmg
安装之后，启动报错：“NoteGen.app”已损坏，无法打开。你应该将它移到废纸篓；

ok 需要进入执行，安装完后别打开，执行完再打开
