详细描述这个 Bug

[bug]
重现步骤：按下设置-快捷键里的任意快捷键，多次修改快捷键后并尝试仍无效
预期行为：字面意思
实际行为：没有反应

[feat]
①目前文本记录界面没有停止记录的快捷键，必须将鼠标移到对应位置并点击。可以考虑将Ctrl+Enter设为默认的停止记录的快捷键。
②增加快捷键，在选中文本时按下该快捷键，即可变成一条记录。（文本采集）

It's a critical feature for me🥹I envision the seamless keyboard workflow: an idea pops into my mind→
①press the shortcut for 【文本记录】→input→a shortcut to complete input
or ②press the second shortcut 【文本采集】
→exit notegen so that I'm directly back to what I'm up to (The active window and the position of my cursor would be the same as before).
